Let me tell you about Surya Kumar Yadav's personal life and appearance.
Surya Kumar Yadav was born in Mumbai, Maharashtra, on September 14, 1990. He's 6 feet tall. His full name is Surya Kumar Yadav Jee.

SKY discovered this game on the streets of Varanasi, or "Gully Cricket," and his father enrolled him to the academy after witnessing his proclivity for cricket.
He has around 80 tattoos represent many ideas.

He enjoys watching comedy movies and his favourite one is “Hera Pheri” ,which he watched more than 500 times . He married Devisha Shetty who’s a Dance Trainer.


It's true what they say about hard effort paying off. Like SKY, who began his career in 2010 with the Parsi Gymkhana Club in Mumbai.

He played for the BPCL (Bharat Petroleum Corporation Limited) squad as well as teams in Mumbai such as Shivaji Park Gymkhana Club and Dadar Union Club. He made his debut for the Mumbai team the same year, scoring 73 runs.

The next year, he competed in the Dalip Trophy and achieved his first notable 100. He had 4818 runs, 12 hundreds, and 12 half-centuries as of December 2019. SKY just struck 1026 runs in 2022 T20Is, bringing his total to 1270 runs in 39 innings at an average of 42.33 and a strike rate of 179.63.

International Career

The International career of SKY is a snowball effect.
On July 18, 2021, he made his international debut for India by hitting a long, leg-side six.

On July 21, 2021, Yadav scored his maiden ODI fifty in the same series. In November, he was added to the Test squad against New Zealand. Suryakumar Yadav scored his maiden T20I century against England, scoring 117 off 55 balls.

He is the 5th player to record a century in T20I and only the 2nd to reach the mark, batting 4th or lower. In October 2022, he became the fastest batsman to score 1000 runs in Twenty20 cricket, reaching the mark in 573 balls against South Africa.

IPL Career

IPL is a platform that notices new emerging players.SKY is one of them. He signed an IPL contract with Mumbai in 2010 .In this season, he only participated in one game and was removed without scoring a run.

He was sold out like hotcakes after that.

In the 2014 IPL auction, he was acquired by the Kolkata Knight Riders once more. In the 2015 IPL, he made headlines by hitting a match-winning 20 balls and 46 runs with five sixes against MI at Eden Gardens. During that season, he was named vice-captain and appeared frequently.

After three years, he was acquired for 3.2 crores by the Mumbai Indians in the 2018 IPL Auctions. After a successful run with the Mumbai Indians, he was retained ahead of the Rs. 8 crore Mega Auction for the 2022 season.


Starting his debut match with a six is an impressive feat for any hitter. SKY is one among them.

When he played his first match ,he blasted that inning with a six on the first ball , which was incredible.

His most remarkable accomplishment is earning the title "Mr. 360 Degree."

On November 6, 2022, SKY became the first Indian to score a thousand T20I runs in a calendar year.

Virat Kohli reduced his batting position because to his performance and let SKY to bat. He never failed him.

He had two options: play cricket or badminton. But his good fortune and hard effort helped him become a cricketer.

When it comes to fitness, it becomes a critical concern for any athlete. Surya Kumar Yadav encountered several fitness hurdles in his early career.
He had so many injuries while playing that it became difficult for him to recuperate from them all. But, with consistent effort, he improved his fitness and became the team's fittest batter.

Another important event is his problem with off-swings, which he found difficult to play. To overcome this, he worked hard on and off the field during practice, telling players and friends to throw the ball in the Offside to practice his shots.

With his unique style of batting and playing shots all around the field, Mr. 360 is still unique.

To get out on a duck in some matches is natural, but overall, the eyes of any fan are on SKY when he comes to play.
